This little cutie has been getting more attention today than usual.
Why?
Because this isn’t so much fun to be around.
Yes, please. I’ll take pictures of this cutie any day.
I am a Christian wife and mother trying to raise her children to love the Lord and serve Him. Although, I have a degree in Science Education, I find it so much more rewarding to be at home teaching my little leaves about this great world our God designed for us.
This blog is simply an account of things worth remembering from each day spent with my family. They provide me with endless amounts of entertainment and maybe they will for you too!
Since I'm obviously the "branch" in this operation, I figured you might like to know a little bit about the "leaves" You'll be hearing so much about.
MONKEY-my eldest son who is six years old, nicknamed after his favorite stuffed animal "OoOo." The name fits him more for his love of OoOo than his personality, as Monkey is about as straight-laced as they come! He loves to know what's going on, and remembers just about everything that enters his head. Monkey's favorite things are sports of all kinds, Legos, and video/computer games.
BRUISER-my middle son who is a very energetic nearly five year old. He is tough, imaginative, energetic, and always has a "great idea." The boy is hungry all the time and has passed Monkey in weight, and almost in height too. He loves anything having to do with trucks, vehicles, and construction.
SPARKY-is our little firecracker of a toddler. At one-and-a-half, his orange hair is now fading to blonde, but all that spark has gone right to his blood! He is a climber and into EVERYTHING! Now that he can speak several words, he has become very opinionated and does not tolerate his older brothers picking on him.
SQUIRMY-(nickname subject to change) baby girl due in mid-August.
The last character is not a leaf, but the trunk of this whole operation. He is my love and the head of our family. He is the CHIEF.
love this! obviously for the pics of the cute baby boy you photographed, but also for the hilarious pic of bruiser! i know he’s throwing a fit, but it’s a great shot. 🙂
Yea, I decided a while ago I ought to capture as many of the “real life” moments as I can and not just the happy smiley ones. Of course my collection is way more happy than sad. Actually, my collection is way more blurry, with heads turned or children walking out of view etc….but that’s what digital cameras are for, right?
