Cash Strapped

Monkey, Bruiser & Squirt were all playing “Mommy & Daddy” this morning. Bruiser was some kind of traffic cop and Monkey Daddy and Mommy Squirt were on a trip.
“Stop! And pay the toll,” declared Bruiser.
In all seriousness, Squirt turns to the “husband” standing by her side and says “Honey, I don’t have any money. You’ll have to pay the toll.”
Without missing a beat, like it was a completely normal statement, Monkey replies “I think we need to go stop at the bank.”

I am a Christian wife and mother trying to raise her children to love the Lord and serve Him. Although, I have a degree in Science Education, I find it so much more rewarding to be at home teaching my little leaves about this great world our God designed for us.
